“ I went here for the first time today with my one week old baby and the owner was so helpful! I was a bit anxious as it was our first outing but there was no need. The owners went above and beyond. Breakfast and lunch were delicious aswell as the coffee! Clean, superb service and great atmosphere. I suspect this will be a regular spot for me now. Thank you! ”
“ A beautiful little cafe where the food is consistently phenomenal. Since my discovery of this little gem, I cannot stay away. The staff know I have an unrivalled love for their coffee cake, coffee is always beautiful and mellow, and food is divine. The staff are very welcoming and friendly, beautiful location, highly reccomend. (I think they must use black magic for their cakes, nothing is consistently that good?!) ”
“ My favourite spot for chai latte and cake . I love fresh scones and eggs royale with salmon and avocado .. delicious . Tiramisu also for a sweet day . Everyone is super friendly and welcoming. I love seating outside if the weather is beautiful and admire the beautiful entrance of Abbey Gardens . ”
“ Incredibly friendly and welcoming staff and exceptionally efficient service considering it's mothers day. The french toast is to die for and the selection of cakes... Well quite frankly I could have eaten them all I'm not local but hope to come back again! ”

“ Well what a lovely find. You have to wait to be seated and you are greeted at the door by a friendly face. The cafe was really busy but all the staff seemed to enjoy their jobs. After being seated you have to go to the counter to order and give your table number. I ordered eggs Benedict and a regular breakfast tea. I didn't have long to wait for either considering how busy the cafe was. I can honestly say the eggs Benedict was absolutely delicious and very well presented. The pot of tea was a generous two cups. The toilets were downstairs and very clean. There was a constant turnaround of customers coming in to eat but everything was kept clean and the service was excellent. I would definitely return to this little gem. ”
“ Super cafe well worth the walk through town to find it. Superb gluten free carrot cake. If, like me, you find American sized buckets of brown water flavourless then go for the Long Black - a welcome item on the hot drinks menu. Very generous deluxe hot chocolate too. ”
“ Had the pleasure of having a light lunch here, and what a great experience it was. The decor inside is quirky but comfortable and relaxing. And the staff were all so cheerful and went out of their way to make us feel welcome. The food and drink were of a very high quality, freshly made, and tasted Fantastic. We couldn't fault a single thing and would highly recommend a visit. We will definitely return the next time we visit Bury St. Edmunds ”
